The Beginning Thoughts to the Re-Branding

Every time I hop into WordPress to check out my blog, my inspiration just hits a wall. The theme I threw together ages ago totally doesn’t vibe with who I am now, years after I kicked things off in 2021. But hey, this blog still makes me really happy.

Honestly, I decided to take a break because I just wasn’t feeling motivated to write anymore. My health took a nosedive, which pushed me to delete some old blog posts where I’d thrown in a few updates now and then. I’ll dive into the details later about why I totally stopped writing and posting, but let’s just say my health still isn’t back to what it was at the start of 2025.

Finalization of The Re-Brand Name Choice

After tossing around some ideas, I wanted to pick a name for my intuitive mindset coaching gig that really vibes with my current style and the happy, chill life I’m living. In the end, I whittled it down to around 20 names and settled on “Journey to Joy.”

Journey To Joy feels just right, matching my vibe and the goals of my coaching business perfectly. It’s all about that joy and positivity! As an “Intuitive Mindset Coach,” I think this name totally captures what I’m all about—helping folks turn their fearful, negative thoughts into happy, joyful ones, even when the world gets a bit crazy.

I’ve dealt with a bunch of health stuff that made some days really tough to get through. I was so exhausted that all I could do was crash for naps and take cold showers just to keep going. In the next few posts I will be diving deeper into my health struggles that helped me make the choice to stop blogging.
